The MAX4414–MAX4419 are low-power, high-performance operational amplifiers that combine single-supply operation, Rail-to-Rail® outputs, high bandwidth, and low distortion. These devices are ideal for portable video, communications, and instrumentation applications that require low power and low voltage.
The MAX4414‑MAX4419 operational amplifiers combine high‑speed performance, ultra‑low supply current (1.6 mA per amplifier) and rail‑to‑rail output capability. They operate from a single +2.7 V to +5.5 V supply and accept input common‑mode voltages from 100 mV below ground to within 1.5 V of the positive rail.
Four device families are offered: the MAX4414/6/8 (single, dual, quad) with 400 MHz –3 dB bandwidth and 200 V/µs slew rate, and the MAX4415/7/9 (single, dual, quad) with 150 MHz –3 dB bandwidth and 470 V/µs slew rate. They are available in 8‑pin µMAX, 8‑pin SO and 14‑pin TSSOP packages and operate from –40 °C to +85 °C.
