The MAX6033 is an ultra-high-precision series voltage reference featuring a low temperature coefficient (7ppm/°C) and a low dropout voltage (200mV).
The MAX6033 voltage reference uses band‑gap technology and laser‑trimmed thin‑film resistors to achieve low temperature drift (7 ppm/°C max) and low noise (16 µVp‑p from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz). It is supplied in a miniature 6‑pin SOT‑23 package and operates over a wide supply range of 2.7 V to 12.6 V, making it suitable for high‑resolution ADCs, DACs, and precision instrumentation.
Key features include a low dropout voltage of 200 mV (max), quiescent current of 40 µA, and an output source current up to 15 mA. The device is RoHS‑compliant, available in multiple output voltage options (2.5 V, 3.0 V, 4.096 V, 5.0 V), and provides excellent load regulation (0.001 mV/mA).
