The MAX1470 is a fully integrated low-power CMOS superheterodyne receiver for use with amplitude-shift-keyed (ASK) data in the 315MHz band
The MAX1470 is a fully integrated low‑power CMOS superheterodyne receiver designed for amplitude‑shift‑keyed (ASK) data in the 315 MHz band. It combines a low‑noise amplifier, image‑rejection mixer, on‑chip PLL, 10.7 MHz IF limiting amplifier with RSSI, and an ASK demodulator, delivering a complete receive chain from antenna to digital output.
Key features include operation from a single +3.0 V to +3.6 V supply, 250 µs startup time, low 5.5 mA operating current, 1.25 µA power‑down current, built‑in 53 dB image rejection, and a 28‑pin TSSOP package. The device is suited for remote keyless entry, garage door openers, wireless sensors, toys, and other automotive or consumer applications.
