About this manual

The ADuM141x family are quad‑channel digital isolators that use Analog Devices’ iCoupler® technology to provide high‑speed, low‑power isolation up to 10 Mbps. They operate from 2.7 V to 5.5 V on either side of the barrier and include level‑translation, programmable output state and a patented refresh feature.

The handbook contains detailed electrical characteristics for 5 V, 3 V and mixed‑voltage operation, switching specifications, package data, safety approvals (UL, CSA, VDE, TUV) and recommended operating conditions. It also lists ordering information and revision history for the three device variants.
