ADuM3440/ADuM3441/ADuM3442 are quad channel, high speed digital isolators with precise timing characteristics, low power, high temperature operation and high data rate. These devices can perform bidirectional communication in the range of 0 Mbps to 150 Mbps and provide 3.3 V/5 V level translation.
