The ADuM7510 is a unidirectional 5-channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc. ADuM7510 series, designed for isolation applications in telecommunications, industrial, medical, automotive, and consumer electronics applications.
The ADuM7510 digital isolator provides five independent isolation channels based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. It operates from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply on each side and supports data rates up to 10 Mbps while consuming only about 1 mA per channel at low speeds.
The device is packaged in a 16‑lead QSOP, is RoHS‑compliant, and offers a 1000 V rms isolation rating for 1 minute. It includes features such as a patented refresh circuit for DC correctness, low default output state, and high temperature operation up to 105 °C.
