About this manual

The UCC27323/24/25 family are dual 4‑A peak high‑speed low‑side MOSFET drivers designed for switch‑mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, motor controllers, and line drivers. They offer high‑current drive capability, efficient constant‑current sourcing, TTL/CMOS compatible inputs, and fast switching with typical 20‑ns rise and 15‑ns fall times into a 1.8‑nF load.

The devices are available in several packages (SOIC‑8, PowerPAD‑MSOP, PDIP‑8) and operate from 4 V to 15 V supply voltage. Key electrical characteristics include a typical propagation delay of 25 ns (rising) and 35 ns (falling), a supply current of 0.3 mA, and an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Detailed terminal functions, mechanical dimensions, and application notes are provided to aid designers.
