The 74AHC1G00 and 74AHCT1G00 are high‑speed Si‑gate CMOS 2‑input NAND gates featuring symmetrical output impedance, high noise immunity, low power dissipation, and a very small 5‑pin package. They provide ESD protection up to 2000 V and operate over a temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.
