About this manual

The AD261 high‑speed logic isolator from Analog Devices provides five isolated HCMOS‑compatible logic lines with a minimum 20 MHz bandwidth and 14 ns propagation delay. Six pin‑compatible I/O configurations allow any combination of input and output lines, replacing up to five opto‑isolators in a single package.

The device offers a 3.5 kV rms isolation test voltage, 10 kV/µs transient immunity, and three‑state output control on both system and field sides. It operates from a 5 V supply, draws low current, and meets UL1950, IEC950 and EN60950 safety standards.
