About this manual

The AD8628, AD8629, and AD8630 are zero‑drift, single‑supply, rail‑to‑rail input/output operational amplifiers with ultra‑low offset, drift, and bias current. They offer low noise (0.5 µV p‑p from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), high CMRR (up to 140 dB), and a supply current of about 1 mA, making them suitable for precision sensor and instrumentation applications such as automotive sensors, pressure and position sensors, strain‑gage amplifiers, medical instrumentation, thermocouple amplifiers, precision current sensing, and photodiode amplification.

The devices are offered in multiple surface‑mount packages: 5‑lead TSOT‑23, 5‑lead SOT‑23, 8‑lead SOIC, 8‑lead MSOP, 14‑lead SOIC, and 14‑lead TSSOP. They operate from 2.7 V to 5 V single‑supply (or ±1.35 V to ±2.5 V dual‑supply) and are rated for an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C. The handbook includes detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, typical performance curves, and pin‑out diagrams.
