About this manual

The CUB5RT provides a 5‑digit LCD display with 0.48" high digits and selectable red or green LED backlighting. It accepts RTD inputs (P#385, Pt392, Ni672, Cu427) and can display temperature in °C or °F with 1 or 0.1 ° resolution. Optional plug‑in cards add setpoint outputs and RS‑232/RS‑485 communication.

Installation is performed in a NEMA 4X/IP65 sealed front bezel, mounted into a panel cutout with a gasket and latch. Wiring uses screw‑clamp terminals, and the meter can be powered from +9 to +28 VDC or an optional Red Lion Micro‑Line Power Supply (85‑250 VAC, up to 400 mA). Programming is accessed via the front buttons and stored in non‑volatile EEPROM.
