QT1081 8-KEY QTOUCH™ SENSOR IC is a touch sensor IC applied to touch panel. It supports 1 to 8 keys, has patented spread-spectrum charge-transfer technology, and can realize single-key mode. It supports 5mm x 5mm or larger key size, 6mm or wider key spacing, single layer electrode design, FR-4, CEM-1 or FR-2 PCB materials, Orgacon™ ink, plastic, glass, composite materials, painted surfaces, and adjacent ground metal. It supports a panel thickness of up to 50mm for glass and 20mm for plastic. The key sensitivity can be set by changing the value of the reference capacitor (Cs). It supports parallel discrete output, output voltage is 2.8V ~ 5.0V, and the working current is less than 15µA. The package form is 32-pin 5 x 5mm QFN, which meets the RoHS standard.
