About this manual

The MUX-08 is an 8‑channel JFET analog multiplexer and the MUX-24 is a 4‑channel differential version. Both devices use JFET switches, offer low ON resistance, high static‑discharge immunity, and are compatible with TTL and CMOS digital inputs. They are available in surface‑mount, die, and several through‑hole packages.

The handbook lists absolute maximum ratings, detailed electrical characteristics (supply voltage, input voltage range, leakage currents, switching times, crosstalk, isolation), and typical performance curves for all grades. Package options, ordering information, and over‑voltage/power‑loss test data are also included.
