The ADG918/ADG919 are wideband switches using a CMOS process to provide high isolation and low insertion loss up to 1 GHz.
The ADG918 (absorptive) and ADG919 (reflective) are 2:1 SPDT CMOS switches designed for wireless communications, RF switching, and high‑speed filter selection. They operate from a single 1.65 V to 2.75 V supply and feature low power consumption (<1 pA).
Both devices are offered in compact 8‑lead MSOP (RM‑8) and 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP (CP‑8‑2) packages, providing high isolation (up to 43 dB at 1 GHz) and low insertion loss (0.8 dB at 1 GHz). The datasheet includes electrical specifications, pin descriptions, typical performance curves, and ordering information.
| Operating Frequency (3 dB Bandwidth) | 4 GHz |
|---|---|
| Isolation at 1 GHz | 43 dB |
| Insertion Loss at 1 GHz | 0.8 dB |
| Supply Voltage Range | 1.65 V to 2.75 V |
| Quiescent Current | <1 pA |
| Package Options | 8‑lead MSOP (RM‑8) and 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP (CP‑8‑2) |
| On‑Switching Time (50 %→90 %) | 6.6 ns |
| Third‑Order Intermodulation Intercept (IP3) | 28.5 dBm @ 900 MHz |
The devices operate from a single supply voltage of 1.65 V to 2.75 V.
The ADG918 offers 43 dB of off‑state isolation at 1 GHz.
The ADG919 has an insertion loss of about 0.8 dB at 1 GHz.
Both an 8‑lead MSOP (RM‑8) and a 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP (CP‑8‑2) package are offered.
