About this manual

The ADG1208 (8‑channel) and ADG1209 (4‑channel differential) are monolithic iCMOS analog multiplexers designed for low charge injection and ultra‑low power consumption. They operate from dual supplies of ±15 V (or single‑supply 12 V) and provide rail‑to‑rail operation with break‑before‑make switching.

Typical applications include audio/video routing, data‑acquisition, sample‑and‑hold circuits, battery‑powered instruments, and communication systems. The devices feature 1 pC typical charge injection, 120 Ω on‑resistance, and a bandwidth up to 550 MHz, making them suitable for high‑speed, low‑glitch environments.
