The AD8176 is a 450 MHz triple 16×9 video crosspoint switch. It features a large, high-speed, non-blocking switch array that is pin compatible with the AD8175 (16×9 switch array) and AD8177, AD8178 (16×5 switch arrays). It supports differential or single-ended operation and sync-on common-mode and sync-on color operating modes. It also offers RGB and HV outputs for driving a monitor directly. The AD8176 operates at G = +4 (differential input to differential output) and has flexible power supply options of +5 V or ±2.5 V. It can be controlled via a convenient interface with logic ground and supports serial or parallel programming of the switch array. The AD8176 also has an adjustable output CM and black level through external pins and offers excellent AC performance with a bandwidth of 450 MHz, a slew rate of 1650 V/μs, and a settling time of 4 ns to 1% to support 1600×1200 resolution.
