About this manual

The ADG5233 and ADG5234 are industrial CMOS analog switches offering three (ADG5233) or four (ADG5234) independently selectable SPDT channels. They feature break‑before‑make action, ultralow off‑source/off‑drain capacitance, and very low charge injection, making them suitable for data‑acquisition, sample‑and‑hold, and video‑signal switching applications.

Both devices support dual‑supply operation from +9 V to +22 V and single‑supply operation up to 40 V, with a typical on‑resistance of 160 Ω (ADG5233) or 140 Ω (ADG5234). They provide high ESD robustness (4 kV I/O‑to‑supply) and a wide analog signal range from VON to VSS.
