This document describes the VISHAY TLDR440, a deep red LED with exceptional brightness and very high intensity even at low drive currents.
The TLDR440 series is a high‑intensity red LED built with double‑heterojunction GaAlAs on GaAs technology. It is offered in a 3 mm tinted diffused package and provides exceptional brightness, low forward voltage, and a wide viewing angle, making it suitable for ambient lighting, displays, and telecommunication indicators.
