The LD1117 series is a low drop positive voltage regulator, available in fixed and adjustable version. The device can provide up to 800mA of output current and is supplied in different packages.
The LD1117 series provides low‑dropout voltage regulation with output currents up to 800 mA. Fixed versions are available with output voltages of 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.85 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V and 5.0 V, while the adjustable version uses a 1.25 V reference.
The devices are supplied in several packages (SOT‑223, DPAK, SO‑8, TO‑220, TO‑220FM) and feature low dropout voltage (typ. 1 V), high supply‑voltage rejection (75 dB typ.) and robust thermal performance. Detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings and ordering information are provided in the tables.
