TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TLV1504/1508 Manual

The TLV1508 and TLV1504 are a family of high performance, 10-bit low power, 3.86µs, CMOS analog-to-digital converters (ADC) which operate from a single 2.7-V to 5.5-V power supply. The converters include an 8-byte FIFO for capturing conversion results. The TLV1508 and TLV1504 provide SPI (CPOL = 0, CPHA = 0)/DSP-compatible serial interfaces with SCLK up to 20 MHz.
