The T4 Series triacs are based on ST's Snubberless and Logic‑Level technology, offering high commutation performance for AC inductive loads such as universal motors, electro‑valves, kitchen appliances and power tools. The series includes three sensitivity options (5 mA, 10 mA, 35 mA) and is available in DPAK, IPAK, TO‑220AB and ISOWATT220AB packages.
Key data include RMS on‑state current up to 4 A, voltage ratings of 600 V, 700 V or 800 V, gate trigger voltage between 0.9 V and 1.6 V, and detailed thermal resistance values for each package. Mechanical dimensions and footprint drawings are provided for PCB layout and thermal design.
