These MOSFETs are manufactured using STMicroelectronics' unique STripFET process and have low input capacitance and gate charge, making them suitable as primary switches in high-efficiency isolated DC-DC converters.
The STP20N20, STF20N20 and STD20N20 are N‑channel 200 V MOSFETs featuring low gate charge and low input capacitance, making them suitable as primary switches in high‑efficiency isolated DC‑DC converters. The series is realized with STMicroelectronics' STripFET™ process to minimize gate drive losses.
Key specifications include a continuous drain current of 18 A, typical on‑resistance of 0.10 Ω, and package options of TO‑220, TO‑220FP and DPAK.
