This document describes the features and characteristics of the ST7LITE1 8-bit microcontroller, including single voltage Flash memory, data EEPROM, ADC, 4 timers, and SPI communication interface. It has 4 Kbytes of Flash program memory, 256 bytes of RAM, and 128 bytes of data EEPROM. The microcontroller has powerful clock, reset, and supply management features, supports various clock sources, and has an enhanced reset system and low voltage supervisor. It also features multifunctional I/O ports, 4 timers, and SPI synchronous serial interface for communication. Additionally, it supports interrupt management and A/D conversion.
