The SuperMESH™ series MOSFETs from STMicroelectronics provide 1000 V rating, low on‑resistance and high dv/dt capability for demanding high‑current, high‑speed switching applications such as offline power supplies. The devices are offered in TO‑220, TO‑220FP and TO‑247 packages and feature built‑in gate‑source Zener diodes for enhanced ESD protection.
