About this manual

The TPS799xx family is a 200 mA low‑dropout linear regulator offering ultra‑low noise (29.5 µV rms) and high PSRR (66 dB at 1 kHz). It provides both fixed (1.2 V‑4.5 V) and adjustable (1.20 V‑6.5 V) output versions with a typical dropout of 100 mV and 2 % overall accuracy.

The devices are supplied in ThinSOT‑23, WCSP, and 2 mm × 2 mm SON‑6 packages and are intended for wireless handsets, WLAN cards, PDAs, and other portable applications. Detailed electrical characteristics, pin descriptions, and layout guidelines are included.
