TEXAS INSTRUMENTS -MSP430x11x2 handbook

The MSP430x11x2/12x2 series are low-power 16-bit MCUs that include the MSP430F1122/F1132 and MSP430F1222/F1232 products. The series MCUs operate in the 1.8 V to 3.6 V power supply range and provide 200 µA active mode current, 0.7 µA standby mode current, and 0.1 µA power down mode current. The MSP430x11x2/12x2 series MCUs feature many low-power characteristics, including five power saving modes, a low standby mode wake-up time, and a 125 ns instruction cycle time.
