STPS3L60/Q/U is a Philips power Schottky rectifier designed for use in switch mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. It features negligible switching losses, low thermal resistance and avalanche capability. The diode is available in DO-201AD, DO-15 and SMB packages and is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters and small battery chargers. It can also be used in space constrained applications, such as telecom battery chargers.
