About this manual

The AD627 instrumentation amplifier from Analog Devices delivers rail‑to‑rail output swing on both single‑supply (2.2 V to 36 V) and dual‑supply (±1.1 V to ±18 V) configurations while consuming only 60‑85 µA of quiescent current. Its gain can be set from 5 (no external resistor) up to 1000 with a single external resistor, providing high accuracy (0.10 % gain error at G=5) and low offset.

The device includes a wide range of specifications such as 77 dB minimum CMRR at G=5, 80 kHz bandwidth, 0.05 V/µs slew rate, and input offset voltages as low as 150 µV. An ordering guide, theory of operation, and detailed performance graphs are provided for designers of medical instrumentation, sensor interfaces, and portable data‑acquisition systems.
