About this manual

The AD815 consists of two high‑speed amplifiers capable of supplying a minimum of 500 mA, typically configured as a differential driver delivering up to 40 V p‑p on ±15 V supplies. It offers flexible configuration, low harmonic distortion (‑66 dBc @ 1 MHz) and a 120 MHz small‑signal bandwidth.

The device is supplied in a 24‑lead thermally‑enhanced SOIC package (RB‑24) and operates over a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C with a ±18 V power‑supply range. Detailed specifications, layout recommendations, and application circuits are provided for ADSL, HDSL, VDSL and video distribution uses.
