This document is the user manual for the 71M6515H demo board, providing instructions and precautions for its use.
The Teridian 71M6515H demo board provides a complete evaluation platform for the 71M6515H AFE IC used in three‑phase power‑metering applications. It includes the demo board itself, a debug board, power supplies, a serial cable and a CD‑ROM with software and documentation. The board can be powered internally from phase A (when >220 V RMS) or from an external 5 VDC source, and it connects to a PC via an RS‑232 port.
The manual guides users through safety and ESD precautions, hardware description, power‑supply and serial‑connection setup, GUI operation, calibration procedures and pin‑level specifications. It also provides a bill of materials, schematic diagrams and detailed pin‑out tables for hardware integration.
