3M 577F Cubicut™ Polycut™ Resin Bond Cloth is a grinding product from 3M. It has grades P24, P36, P40, P50, P60, P80, P100, P120, P150 and P180. It is best suited to off-hand grinding on stainless steel and other exotic alloys.
The 3M 577F Cubicut Polycut resin bond cloth is constructed from a P‑graded alumina‑zirconia mineral coated on a strong polyester backing, with a grinding aid supersize included. It is offered in a range of grades (P24‑P180) and a maximum width of 52 in (1320.8 mm).
Designed for moderate grinding pressures, the cloth works well on stainless steel and other exotic alloys. It is available in many converted forms such as belts, discs, rolls, sheets, and specialized segments for various grinding applications.
