The DMD403T is a high‑performance, low‑cost stepper motor driver developed by Leetro. It supports two‑phase and four‑phase hybrid stepper motors, offering up to 256 microsteps, bipolar constant‑current chopper control, and a peak output current of 3.5 A per phase.
The manual covers electrical parameters, pin assignments, wiring diagrams for 4‑, 6‑ and 8‑wire motors, DIP‑switch configuration for microstepping and current settings, and environmental specifications such as supply voltage, temperature, humidity and cooling requirements. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Peak output phase current | 1.3 – 3.5 A |
|---|---|
| Supply voltage (DC) | 24 – 40 V |
| Logic input current | 6 – 30 mA |
| Step pulse frequency | 0 – 400 kHz |
| Maximum microstepping division | 256 |
| Cooling method | Natural or forced air cooling |
| Operating temperature range | 0 °C to +50 °C |
| Maximum humidity | < 90 % RH |
| Maximum vibration | 5.9 mj/s* Max |
The driver can deliver up to 3.5 A peak current per phase.
It operates from 24 V to 40 V DC.
The device supports up to 256 microsteps.
Microstepping is selected with the 5‑8 bits of the DIP switch; changes require power‑off and power‑on.
