MPC01 motion control card manual, introduces the hardware structure, technical characteristics, scope of use, installation method, interface definition, motion control system development method, function description, new functions and functions of MPC01 control card.
This document provides a complete overview of the MPC01 motion control card, including its hardware structure, ISA‑bus interface, and supported features such as multi‑axis control, encoder feedback, and various acceleration profiles. It describes the two card types (A and B), their performance limits, and typical application areas like CNC machines, robots, and other automation equipment.
Installation steps, address and interrupt configuration, wiring diagrams for DB15 and DB25 connectors, and detailed software function libraries for DOS and Windows environments are covered. Troubleshooting tips and an appendix with example circuits complete the guide. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Maximum output frequency (A type) | 2.4 MHz |
|---|---|
| Maximum output frequency (B type) | 100 kHz |
| Supported axes per card | Up to 3 axes |
| Bus type | ISA |
| Digital I/O connector | DB15 |
| Pulse signal connector | DB25 |
| Default base address | 0X300 |
MPC01‑A uses an advanced control chip with S‑shaped acceleration and supports encoder feedback, reaching up to 2.4 MHz; MPC01‑B uses a trapezoidal profile with a maximum of 100 kHz and does not include encoder feedback.
One MPC01 card can control up to three stepper or digital servo axes, and multiple cards can be used together for more axes.
