AT90CAN series is a 32-bit high performance low-power AVR® micro-controller with CAN controller and powerful RISC architecture, 133 single-cycle execution instructions, 32 general purpose registers, 32K/64K/128K bytes of rewritable flash, 1K/2K/4K bytes of EEPROM, 2K/4K/4K bytes of internal SRAM, 1Mbits/s maximum transmission rate at 8 MHz clock frequency, programmable watchdog timer and other features.
The AT90CAN32, AT90CAN64 and AT90CAN128 are low‑power 8‑bit AVR® microcontrollers with integrated CAN 2.0A/B controllers. They combine a rich instruction set, on‑chip flash, EEPROM, SRAM and a variety of peripherals such as timers, ADCs, UARTs and JTAG.
The devices are offered in 64‑lead TQFP and QFN packages, operate from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, and support up to 1 Mbit/s CAN bus speed. Detailed pin‑out diagrams, electrical characteristics and packaging information are provided throughout the document.
