The TLE4275 is a monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage regulator that provides an output voltage of 5 V (±2%). The device features a very low current consumption, power-on and undervoltage reset, a reset low-level output voltage of less than 1 V, a very low dropout voltage, short-circuit protection, reverse-polarity protection, and ESD protection of >6 kV.
The TLE4275-Q1 is a monolithic low‑dropout voltage regulator offered in a 5‑pin TO‑263 package. It accepts an input voltage up to 45 V and regulates it to a typical 5 V output while delivering up to 450 mA of load current. The device includes built‑in protections such as overload, overtemperature, reverse‑polarity, short‑circuit, and ESD protection exceeding 6 kV.
The regulator features a programmable reset delay set by an external capacitor, low quiescent current, and a very low dropout voltage (250‑500 mV). Electrical characteristics are provided for a wide temperature range (‑40 °C to 150 °C) and include specifications for load and line regulation, power‑supply ripple rejection, and thermal performance.
