The MAX3301E/MAX3302E are TI's integrated USB On-the- Go (OTG) transceivers and charge pumps. The chip can enable mobile devices to directly connect to USB peripherals without the need of a host PC.
The MAX3301E and MAX3302E are fully integrated USB On‑the‑Go (OTG) transceivers and charge pumps designed for mobile devices such as PDAs, cellular phones and digital cameras. They combine a VBUS charge pump, linear regulator, I²C‑compatible serial interface and built‑in ESD protection, allowing direct connection to USB peripherals without a host PC.
The devices are offered in 25‑bump UCSP, 28‑pin TQFN and 32‑pin TQFN packages and operate over a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Detailed electrical characteristics, timing specifications, and package dimensions are provided for designers.
