MAXIM MAX3320A/B/L/T Manual

The MAX3320 is a device that combines a microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit with an RS-232 transceiver. It features precise monitoring of 5V and 3.3V power supply voltages, with a power-on reset pulse width of at least 100ms and power supply transient immunity. The device achieves a low supply current of 4µA with AutoShutdown Plus. The receivers are always active, and the power-on reset is always active. The device has a guaranteed data rate of 250kbps and comes in a space-saving 20-pin SSOP package.
