The TC930 is a digital diameter‑tension controller designed for paper, film, textile, rubber or thin‑steel roll processing. It automatically calculates roll diameter via encoder or proximity switch and adjusts output to maintain constant tension, supporting both automatic and manual modes.

The controller can output either 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA.
It uses an adaptive switching power supply that accepts 85 V to 264 V.
Press the AUTO/HAND key to toggle between automatic and manual modes without disturbance.
The unit can be equipped with either an RS232 or an RS485 serial interface.
