About this manual

The HSP43168 is a dual FIR filter consisting of two independent 8‑tap FIR cells that can be configured as a single 16‑tap filter or used as separate filters. It supports 10‑bit data and coefficients, on‑board storage for 32 programmable coefficient sets, and programmable decimation factors up to 16. The device operates via a standard 20‑pin write‑only microprocessor interface.

Key features include quadrature and complex filtering, image processing, polyphase and adaptive filtering, and support for 2‑D convolution. The part is offered in 100‑lead MQFP and 84‑lead PLCC packages and is RoHS‑compliant with a temperature range of 0 °C to +70 °C.
