About this manual

The ISL5216 Quad Programmable Digital Downconverter (QPDC) integrates four independent channels that include digital mixers, a 32‑bit carrier NCO, CIC and FIR filters, a resampling stage, Cartesian‑to‑polar conversion and a digital AGC. All parameters are programmable via a 16‑bit microprocessor interface.

The device operates from –40 °C to +85 °C, uses a 2.5 V core and 3.3 V I/O supply, and is offered in a 196‑pin BGA package. It supports both fixed‑point and floating‑point input formats and provides multiple serial data outputs for downstream processing.
