ANALOG DEVICES ADG633 handbook

The ADG633 is a low voltage CMOS device comprising three independently selectable SPDT (single pole double throw) switches. They are fully specified for ±5 V, +5 V, and +3 V supplies. The ADG633 switches are turned on with VDD and VDD and through two independent inputs the switch is put in the on or off state. When Vin is higher than Vref, switch 1 is turned on, when Vin is lower than Vref, switch 2 is turned on. All three switches can be turned on or off simultaneously.
