About this manual

The ADG441, ADG442 and ADG444 are monolithic CMOS quad SPST switches designed on an enhanced LC‑MOS process. They offer low on‑resistance, low leakage, low charge injection and break‑before‑make action, making them suitable for audio, video, test equipment and battery‑powered applications.

The devices support both dual‑supply (±15 V) and single‑supply (12 V) operation, feature trench isolation for latch‑up protection, and provide a wide analog signal range that extends to the supply rails.
