ANALOG DEVICES ADF4360-4 handbook

The ADF4360-4 is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). It features an output frequency range of 1450 MHz to 1750 MHz, a divide-by-2 output, a power supply of 3.0V to 3.6V, 1.8V logic compatibility, a programmable dual-modulus prescaler, and programmable output power level. It is suitable for applications such as wireless handsets (DECT, GSM, PCS, DCS, WCDMA), test equipment, wireless LANs, and CATV equipment.
