ANALOG DEVICES ADF4360-3 handbook

The ADF4360-3 is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). It has an output frequency range of 1600 MHz to 1950 MHz, a power supply of 3.0 V to 3.6 V, 1.8 V logic compatibility, a programmable dual-modulus prescaler with options of 8/9, 16/17, and 32/33, programmable output power level, a 3-wire serial interface, analog and digital lock detect, and hardware and software power-down mode. It is suitable for applications such as wireless handsets, test equipment, wireless LANs, and CATV equipment.
