The ADT75 is a ±1°C accurate, 12-bit digital temperature sensor that features an SMBus/I2C-compatible interface and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V to 5.5V.
The ADT75 temperature sensor integrates a bandgap sensor and a 12‑bit ADC to provide accurate temperature measurements from –55 °C to +125 °C. It operates from a 3 V to 5.5 V supply and offers both A‑grade (+2 °C) and B‑grade (+1 °C) accuracy options.
The device features an SMBus/I²C‑compatible interface, an open‑drain OS/ALERT pin for over‑temperature indication, and a shutdown mode that reduces current consumption to a few microamps. Pin‑compatible with the LM75 and AD7416, up to eight ADT75s can share a single bus.
