This document introduces the features and characteristics of the ADT7411 temperature sensor and 8-channel ADC
The ADT7411 combines a 10‑bit temperature sensor and an 8‑channel 10‑bit ADC in a 16‑lead QSOP package. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and offers both 4‑wire SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE/DSP and 2‑wire SMBus/I²C serial interfaces. Features include a standby mode, double‑buffered input logic, and low power‑down current (<10 pA).
Typical applications are portable battery‑powered instruments, PCs, smart battery chargers, telecommunications test equipment, domestic appliances and process controls. The device is supplied in various temperature‑graded QSOP packages and an evaluation board is available.
