ANALOG DEVICES AD9244 handbook

The AD9244 is a 14-bit, 40 MSPS/65 MSPS A/D converter with features such as low power consumption, on-chip reference voltage, and sample-and-hold circuit. It has a 750 MHz analog input bandwidth, SNR greater than 73 dBc to Nyquist @ 65 MSPS, and SFDR greater than 86 dBc to Nyquist @ 65 MSPS.
