About this manual

The AD859x family comprises single, dual and quad CMOS operational amplifiers that operate from a single supply (+2.5 V to +6 V). They feature rail‑to‑rail input and output, high output drive up to 250 mA, and a shutdown function that reduces supply current to less than 1 pA. Their low input bias currents and high slew rates make them suitable for portable audio, instrumentation and LCD driver applications.

The devices are offered in multiple surface‑mount packages: AD8591 in a 6‑lead SOT, AD8592 in a 10‑lead uSOIC, and AD8594 in 16‑lead narrow SOIC and 16‑lead TSSOP. Detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, and application notes are provided for designers.
