AD8601/AD8602/AD8604 are precision CMOS single-supply rail-to-rail input/output wideband operational amplifiers featuring very low offset voltage and wide signal bandwidth. These amplifiers use a new, patented trimming technique that achieves superior performance without laser trimming. All are fully specified to operate on a 3 V to 5 V single supply. The
The AD8601 (single), AD8602 (dual) and AD8604 (quad) are precision CMOS operational amplifiers that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. They feature ultra‑low offset voltage (as low as 500 pV), very low input bias currents, rail‑to‑rail input and output swing, and a wide 8 MHz bandwidth, making them suitable for current‑sensing, barcode scanners, PA controls, battery‑powered instrumentation, and audio applications.
The devices are offered in several surface‑mount packages: 5‑lead SOT‑23 for the AD8601, 8‑lead MSOP and narrow‑SOIC for the AD8602, and 14‑lead TSSOP or narrow‑SOIC for the AD8604. Detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, and typical performance graphs are provided in the datasheet.
