About this manual

The AD8005 is a current‑feedback operational amplifier designed for power‑sensitive, high‑speed applications such as portable video, medical, and communication systems. It operates from a single +5 V supply, consumes only 400 pA of quiescent current, and maintains a 270 MHz -3 dB bandwidth at a gain of +1.

The device is offered in three surface‑mount packages (8‑lead DIP, 8‑lead SOIC, 5‑lead SOT‑23) and is rated for an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, and typical performance graphs are provided in the datasheet.
